BOOKING
To use the services of Transfer Cherkasy, it is necessary to book a journey in advance.
You can book a journey or get consultation from our managers by phone, through social media, or in any convenient messenger.
To book a transfer, you need to make an advance payment. Without a prepayment, the seat is reserved for you for one day, and after that, your booking would be canceled.
In case you cancel the journey less than three days in advance, the prepayment will be partially refunded.
- In case of early cancellation or rescheduling by the client, we refund 85% of the prepayment.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling less than 3 days in advance, we refund 50% of the prepayment.
- In case of cancellation one day before the journey, the payment is non-refundable.
If you are detained by the border service for more than 1 hour due to document issues, the journey continues without you, and the payment for it is non-refundable.
The call center operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
JOURNEY
- Pick-up address is provided by passengers during boocking.
- Passenger drop-off:
– near airports, train stations, and hotels on the route Cherkasy – Chișinău
– near airports or train stations on the route Cherkasy – Krakow - There are scheduled stops every 3-4 hours near public places with food and toilet facilities. If you need more stops, please inform the driver.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the journey.
- We recommend using seat belts during the journey.
PASSENGERS
- Children occupy a separate seat with full payment for it.
- Children are provided with a child seat or booster seat according to their age.
- The transportation of small animals in special carriers with all necessary documents is allowed.
- The cost of one seat includes one piece of checked luggage (60x40x30) up to 23 kg + one carry-on bag (50x40x20) up to 10 kg.
